As a general rule, I hate exercise. But I know that, living the sedentary lifestyle that I do, I need to find something that works for me. And yoga is that thing. I’ve always loved yoga, and I definitely need to find the time to fit it into my routine. There are so many different types, from the more strenuous, like Bikram, to the spiritually focussed, like Kundalini. My favourites are Iyengar, which is all about strength, alignment and precision in poses, and Bikram. But since I haven’t practiced in a while, I’m going to start with some morning poses to get me back in the swing of things!
